Q: Can I purchase advance tickets?
A: Yes. In general, by Wednesday you may purchase tickets for any
show up through Thursday of the following week. This may change
because of big movies or unusual (non-Friday) releases. Contact the
individual theatres for more information.
Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: Yes. Rogers Cinema accepts Visa and MasterCard at every location. You can use your card to purchase
tickets, concessions, and gift cards.
Q: Do you sell reserved seats?
A: No. All of our theatres are general admission. Please note that
this means advance tickets only guarantee admission. They do not
guarantee seats of your choice or even necessarily a group of seats
together. For big movies, we suggest you arrive 20-30 minutes before
the film's start time. Contact your local theatre for more specific
information.
Q: Does Rogers Cinema offer discounts on
admission?
A: Yes. We offer a child discount for children ages 3-11.
Children 2 and under are free. We offer a senior discount for
those age 62 and older.* We also offer a matinee discount on all
shows starting by 5:30 PM.
*In Sparta, children under 12 receive the child discount, and the
senior discount is offered to those age 60 and older
Q: How can I buy a gift card?
A: You can purchase a gift card of $10 or more by stopping at any of
our theatres or sending your request, self-addressed stamped
envelope, and check to:

Q: Can I use a gift card to purchase
concessions?
A: Yes. Please see our
Gift Cards page for more information.
Q: Can my child (under 17 years of age) attend an R-rated movie if I send a note or call the theatre to inform them?
A: No. We require a parent/guardian to come into the theatre with their child to give permission in person before we will admit that child to an R-rated movie. Please see our Ratings page for more information on our R-Rated Policy.
Q: Does Rogers Cinema make donations?
A: Yes. Rogers Cinema encourages non-profit organizations to make donation requests.
*Please do not contact individual theatres with requests*
Our policy states that all requests must be made in writing on organizational letterhead and mailed to us at least 20 days prior to the event.
Please include with your request the event, the date, the beneficiary, and where the request, if granted, could be mailed to. Due to the number of requests each month, you will not be notified if your request is not granted.
